Some of my most favourite conversations have been with friends, family, work colleagues and other people who tell me about an idea or project that they would like to start. The excitement that they exude whilst explaining to me in detail about their passions is contagious and I can’t help but share in their enthusiasm.
They have also been open about how difficult it can be to get a project off of the ground. This could be because they have a demanding full time job that means that they find it hard to juggle their priorities. It could also be because they do not know how to start their project or once they have started it, which direction they should take it in. Sometimes it is because they have other responsibilities like a family which makes finding the time to cultivate their project very challenging. All of these obstacles and many more can mean that a project stays at starting line and never has a chance to be realised.
Unfortunately when this happens it can deeply affect the confidence that people have in themselves and their projects as they are not able to see the potential of the project. They often abandon their ideas or stall their projects before they have even had a chance to grow.
This is where I come in. I will help people to stay on track with their targets for their projects by providing them with time management plans and ideas for balancing different priorities. I also want to help with specific ideas to grow their projects, for example how they can engage an audience and how to create a plan to develop their project. I will also support people to improve their confidence in themselves and in their projects.
I know that there are times when you are working hard on your project and you feel like you are not seeing progress which can lead to a feeling of despondency. I will be there to give you that confidence, energy and belief to follow your plan to achieve your project goals.
Little Rock Ventures is founded on the belief that any project that you pursue is built one rock at a time.
